Package benefits :
- Average speed and maximum speed are only via Ethernet cable and using Etisalat provided equipment.
- 24 months minimum commitment is applicable.
- No-commitment option is available at AED 25/month extra.
- Users on the 24 monthly commitment plan will move on to the no-commitment if they do not renew their commitment plan within 1 month of its expiry.
- Get free 4K TV box, home telephone and Wi-Fi router once every two years.
- Home telephone to mobile calls are charged at 0.30 Fils / minute (excluding 5% VAT).
- Home telephone to international calls are charge at standard rates defined here.

Exit Charges :
* An exit charge equivalent to 1.5 (one and half) month’s rent applies only on 24 months commitment plans.
* For both fixed term plans and monthly plans any remaining device charges will be applied on a pro rata basis.
* Total applicable charges will be calculated as follows:
- Basic exit charge + (device retail price/agreement term in months) x (agreement term in months – (1 + number of months already completed in the agreement))
- The device charge is dependent on the retail price of the device which can be any or all of the following:
