Etisalat home internet user, Etisalat postpaid user & Etisalat prepaid user eligible for VOITM service .All users can activate VOITM service by different process : 

Prepaid & Postpaid user :  Prepaid & postpaid user can activate voitm service through 2 process 

1 : Through my Etisalat UAE apps

2 : Through texting ICP to 1012 from your mobile number

3 : You can activate through 101 ( Etisalat customer care )

3 : AED 50 Monthly charges for Prepaid and postpaid users (VOITM )

* If you want to activate voitm service through Etisalat application then first you create your user id & password

Wifi Users : If you are using Etisalat wifi connection and want VOITM service. There are three way to activate your voitm service: 

1 - Through Etisalat application 

2 - Texting message EICP to 1012 from your number 

3 - You can activate Voitm service through 101 (Etisalat customer care )
