1 - First you go to message and create new message.
2 -Then put your number in write message box and send it on 1700.
3 - Then you will recieve one message from Etisalat. Then you select the amount and send with selected amount option .
4 - Then you will receive one message from Etisalat and confirm the transaction with reply 1.
