You will have to see that you have to click on it, after clicking, the option of users will be visible, you have to click on the usages.

After this, you will see two options of consumption and management, you have to click on the consumption , then a view statement option will be given below, you have to click on it.

after clicking, the details of where your balance is cut will come, if you think.  Then you have to click on the 6th option,

Then there will be three options, there will be the option of Chargeable usage, second subscription users and third option for credit and charges  and there will be the fourth option all transactions.

You have to select the fourth option and send it, after that you will get a message from your side in the same year, because of which your balance is being cut, it will come in writing
