*Monthly Payments
The Service is offered at the promotional monthly price of AED 199 (VAT exclusive) for 12 months only (Minimum Term). After that, it will be AED 299 per month (undiscounted price).
* Fair Usage Policy
The Customer acknowledges that the Service is subject to a ‘Fair Use Policy’ and the following restrictions and / or limitations to the use of the Service and any add-on services apply: Etisalat reserves the right to throttle the speed of the Service to 1mbps if the Customer exceeds usage of 300GB in a month during peak period.
* Ending your contract
In case you decide to cancel your contract before the end of its Minimum Term, you’ll be charged: One undiscounted monthly recurring charge (AED 299) and in case you decide to cancel your contract after the end of the Minimum Term, you will not be charged an early termination fee.
* Customer Home Location
Customer can relocate the Sim Card one time in a single month with no extra charge by calling 101 (subsequent moves will be charged AED100 per instance).
