If you are using etisalat home internet and you want to cancel this service then you have many option ......

1 - Dial 101 if you have etisalat sim card or if you have du cutomer dial 800101. Talk to the customer care .First he will verify that you are owner of the account or not.Tell him i want to cancel my etisalat connection.

2 - Visit any etisalat business centre and tell him to sales counter executive, I want to cancel my etisalat connection .He will help you......

3 - If you want to transfer your connection to any other person .If anyone want this connection like your friend and relatives then both visit any business centre....They will transfer one name to other name .....

3 - If you change the location that means change home location to other location then make a request for transfer .Call to 800101 tell him I want to transfer my internet to other location.

If you make a request for transfer .They will ask you for makhani number or Eid number .check below....
