Can I change the data and minutes allowances in my prepaid Flexi Plan?
Yes, you can modify your plan any time. Your modified plan will always be effective from your next renewal date.
To modify your plan simply use the du app or dial *135#. You can make this change twice during the 28-day period.
Can I change my current plan to a Prepaid Flexi plan?
You can migrate your current plan to a Prepaid Flexi plan at any time.
To move to your Prepaid Flexi plan simply use the du app or dial *111*100 or *135#. Your cash balance will be carried forward, but any unused minutes or data will be lost. Make sure you use your allowances before changing your plan.

How can I activate my free favourite du number?
Once your plan is active, the first du number called will be automatically added as your favourite number. You can change your favourite number anytime by dialing *135#
How long is my Prepaid Flexi plan valid for?
Your plan is valid for 28 days and will automatically renew if you have sufficient balance. In case you do not have the required balance, you need to recharge your line in the next 21 days to renew your plan and keep enjoying your services. In case you still have not renewed your plan after this period, your outgoing services will stop working. However, you can still receive incoming calls and messages.
You can reactivate your line at any time by recharging and renewing your Prepaid Flexi plan . Alternatively, you can change your plan to a Prepaid Easy Plan and recharge with any amount to start using your services.
What documents are required to buy a Prepaid Flexi line?
If you’re a new customer, you need to visit any du shop or any authorized outlet with the following documents:

Valid Emirates ID Valid passport or Valid Emirates ID Tourist Visa
Valid Emirats ID or Employment Visa
Valid GCC ID Transit Visa
