How to activate your free 12-month subscription to BeIN Connect :
Once you activate your plan, you will receive an SMS with a voucher promo code within a working week from your new subscription to an eligible plan. To activate the offer, please visit https://connect.bein.com/subscribe and enter the voucher promo code into your web browser (desktop, tablet or phone). This code will not work through the BeIN app, as BeIN only allows registration on their website.
After activation of the voucher on BeIN website, you can watch content on BeIN app. However, you must download the BeIN UAE app (other regions will not work). BeIN UAE app is only available in UAE App Store / Play Store.
Once you finish your 12 months your BeIN offer will be stopped and there is no renewal. If you wish to continue using BeIN Connect, you can renew the subscription with BeIN and provider charges will apply.

What are the charges after I run out of my monthly benefits?
Calls to all national mobile and landlines 32 fils/min (Inclusive of 5% VAT)
International calls to 166 destinations AED 1.26/min (Inclusive of 5% VAT)
International calls to remaining destinations AED 3.78/min (Inclusive of 5% VAT)
National SMS 19 fils (Inclusive of 5% VAT)
International SMS 63 fils (Inclusive of 5% VAT)
The calls on Power Plans are charged as per minute.
Will I be charged if I deactivate my Power Plan during the contract period?
If you terminate your contract within the first month of purchase, the usage of your mobile service will be prorated and billed to you. An early termination fee will apply if you terminate your contract. The termination fee is the equivalent of your one-month contract rate, plus any additional data or call time used over and above your monthly allowance – inclusive of 5% VAT. For example, if you have Power Plan 200, your termination fee will be AED 200 + 5% VAT (AED 210), plus any additional data, minutes and add-ons you may have subscribed to.
To terminate your contract, please provide us with a 30-day written notice by contacting us on customer.care@du.ae.
What will happen after my contract expires?
You can continue enjoying your plan with no contract option. However, your monthly plan's fee will increase, and you'll be charged with your plan's no contract monthly fee's amount. To continue your plan with the discounted monthly fees, make sure you renew your contract before it expires.
