If you singup for the first time in its application, then you get 1 month free subscription to use.After one month you will have to pay 16 dehram every month. If you subscribe for 1 year then you will have to pay 140 dehram.

Subscribe to Postpaid, Prepaid or Home selected plans and enjoy Amazon Prime for one month or 12 months, on us.

Postpaid: You need to be a new customer subscribing to Power Plan 200, 260, 300, 500 or 1,000 to get 12 months of Amazon Prime for free.

Prepaid: You’ll get Amazon Prime for free for the first month, then you’ll be charged only AED 16 per month, VAT inclusive. The amount will be deducted from you credit wallet - More Time.

Home: You need to be a new customer with a subscription to the following plans to enjoy 12 months of Amazon Prime for free.

Step 2 - Click on the ‘Amazon Prime’ banner, which will direct you to the Amazon Prime page to complete your registration.

Step 3 - After signing up, download the Amazon Prime app from the App Store or Google Play Store to start enjoying Prime.

Please note that for du Home subscriptions, your registration should be done while you're on our network. After registration, you can access all Amazon Prime benefits through any network operator.

How will I know when my Amazon Prime subscription activates?

You’ll receive a confirmation email from Amazon, and you’ll see a successful activation status on your account. The email will contain information on how to manage your account.

What happens to my Amazon Prime account if I change my mobile or home services carrier or plan?

Postpaid or Prepaid subscription: If you change your carrier or switch to a plan that does not include Prime, your membership will be automatically cancelled.

Home subscription: If you change your Home plan to a non-eligible plan, your membership will be automatically cancelled.

How do I cancel my Prime subscription?

Prepaid: To cancel your subscription to Amazon Prime at any time, simply SMS ‘UNSUB’ to 9511.

Postpaid : Once you cancel your mobile plan, your Amazon subscription will be cancelled. If you want to cancel after the free 12 months, simply SMS ‘UNSUB’ to 9511.

If I deactivate my Prepaid Amazon Prime offer within the free promotional period, can I subscribe to it again?

Once you deactivate Amazon Prime on your Prepaid line, you won’t get the free promotion again, even if you subscribe during the promotional period. You’ll be charged the standard rate of AED 16/month, VAT inclusive, to enjoy Amazon Prime.

Can I use my Amazon Prime account outside the UAE?

Amazon Prime Video is available outside the UAE, but the content you see abroad will be changed based on your location, because of content rights. However, other Amazon Prime benefits such as free delivery, are only available in the UAE.
